Matthew Cowan, PG, is a Chief Geologist at Terrain Solutions Inc. with over 25 years of experience in environmental work where he provides project support for consulting disciplines including hydrogeologic contaminant investigations, remediation, Release Determination Assessment for Leaking Underground Storage Tank facilities, and Phase I due diligence assessments.

Mr. Cowan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&I University and a Master of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University- Kingsville. He is a licensed geologist in Texas No. 1263 and Louisiana No. 464, an LPST project Manager, achieved an OSHA HAZWOPER certification, and wetland plant identification course.
